Finding the right tutor, support worker, or therapist can feel overwhelming. TSK Academy’s matching service is designed to help families connect with trusted, skilled professionals who understand neurodivergent needs — without long waiting lists, guesswork, or endless searching.
Our matching process is personalised, transparent, and grounded in neuro-affirmative practice.
1. Submit an Expression of Interest
You complete a short form outlining your support needs, location, preferences, and availability.
2. We Review Your Needs
Our team identifies suitable professionals within our network who match your criteria.
3. We Arrange Introductions
You’ll receive details of one or more professionals, and an introduction is facilitated where appropriate.
4. You Choose the Right Fit
Once both sides agree, you can begin working together directly.
Our goal is to make sure you are connected with someone who truly understands and can meet your family’s needs.
To provide a personalised, high-quality matching process, we charge a once-off Matching Fee: €85 per family
This fee covers:
A review of your needs and preferences
Identification of suitable professionals
Contact, communication, and scheduling support
A facilitated introduction
Rematching if the first match is not the right fit (within reasonable limits)
The fee is paid after we have reviewed your information and confirmed that suitable professionals are available.
There are no additional charges from TSK Academy — all ongoing arrangements are between you and the professional directly.
