TSK Academy is an Irish-based international organisation specialising in neuro-inclusion across education, corporate, and community settings. Founded by Psychologist and Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2023, Jeanette Delahunty, the Academy brings together over 20 years of experience in neurodiversity, trauma, social care, and learning and development.
What began as a small training and consultancy practice has grown into a multi-service organisation offering psychological support, specialist training, strategic consultancy, and national conferences. Our work is shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience, ensuring that every service is grounded in compassion, dignity, and a deep understanding of neurodivergent needs.
TSK Academy exists to close the gap between knowledge and meaningful practice — helping organisations build supportive, psychologically safe environments, and empowering families and professionals to understand, include, and champion neurodivergent individuals.
Our team is made up of psychologists, educators, trainers, therapists, and support specialists who share a commitment to building neuro-inclusive communities.
Each member brings sector-specific experience in areas such as education, mental health, organisational development, social care, and family support.
We prioritise continuous professional development, reflective practice, and collaborative working to ensure that every service meets the highest standard of ethical and evidence-informed care.

At TSK Academy, our work is shaped by four core principles:
We recognise neurodivergence as a natural part of human diversity. Our language, frameworks, and interventions are grounded in respect, autonomy, and an emphasis on strengths.
Safety, trust, collaboration, and empowerment underpin every service we offer. We understand the impact of trauma on learning, behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement — and design our supports with sensitivity and care.
Our programmes draw from current research in psychology, education, human rights, and organisational behaviour. We balance academic insight with practical, real-world application to ensure meaningful outcomes.
We support organisations to meet and exceed requirements under the European Accessibility Act (EAA), helping teams embed inclusive design, communication accessibility, and environmental adjustments into everyday practice.
