Workplace Assessments 

Individual assessment and support planning for neurodivergent employees, grounded in psychological insight and the Success Enablers™ Framework. Each assessment provides practical, tailored recommendations to enhance comfort, performance, and wellbeing. 

Policy Reviews 

A comprehensive review of organisational policies through a neuro-inclusive and trauma-informed lens. We identify barriers, highlight gaps, and provide clear recommendations aligned with best practice and the EAA.
