Meet the Team

Jeanette Delahunty

Founder, Consultant and Lead Trainer

Hello! My name is Jeanette Delahunty and I have a Master of Arts in Child, Youth & Family Studies from Carlow IT, and an Honours degree in Childhood & Youth Studies, Health & Social Care and Mental Health Studies.

After completing my Train the Trainer certificate, I branched out into further education and training where I feel I can make the most difference. “As a social care worker or support worker, I can only help one person at a time. But, as a training facilitator, I can help many”.

I have been working in the area of Neurodiversity and Complex Needs for over 15 years. I have a passion for helping children, young people, and vulnerable adults by ensuring the people who work with them have the best possible training and education to support their diverse needs.

In more recent years, my focus has been in organisational change and supporting Neurodivergent individuals in gaining meaningful employment through empowerment and workplace culture change.

I am also a mother of 5 young men and step-mother to another 5 young men and a young lady. Our family is neurodiverse, incorporating both neurotypical and neurodivergent members, which has provided me invaluable experience as a parent and professional of the many difficulties our neurodivergent population face from preschool years into adulthood.
